It’s back, by delicious demand. Our Mozzarella Making Class is one of the most-loved experiences at Ethel Mae’s Kitchen, and for good reason. Guided by one of our award-winning master cheesemakers, you’ll learn the craft of creating fresh, silky mozzarella from scratch, using milk from our own Little Island Creamery Jersey cows.

This intimate, hands-on class is limited to six guests, making it a relaxed and personal experience from start to finish.
