Our fresh whey\, gently drawn from our curd-making process\, is equally special\, a nourishing\, savory staple for breads\, soups\, grains\, and more. \n\n\n\nBecause these are small-batch products\, quantities are limited and tend to move quickly. If you’ve been curious to cook or bake with them\, we encourage you to stop by and pick some up while they’re on the shelves. \n\n\n\nWe know many of you wait for this announcement\, fresh beef is back in stock! Our freezers are full and ready with a beautiful selection of cuts. \n\n\n\nQuantities won’t last forever\, so now is the time to stock up and fill your freezer while everything is freshly available. \n\n\n\nWe are beautifully stocked across the board right now. The freezers are full of fresh beef\, our hens have truly been making up for lost time and are laying the most gorgeous farm fresh eggs\, so many double yolks we can hardly believe it. With all the new mamas in the barn\, we’re swimming in rich\, creamy milk\, and our cheesemakers have been working double time to transform it into shelves brimming with curds and butter galore. \n\n\n\nIn short\, there is abundance everywhere you look\,  and we would be delighted if you came to help us lighten the load.
